A lot of people keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol in their medicine cabinet. But only a few of them knows what rubbing alcohol is and how to use it.
Rubbing alcohol has two types. Isopropyl is commonly made with bitter additives making it a toxic substance and unattractive to drink. It has 70 percent alcohol. While Ethyl alcohol is made of 97.5- 100 percent denatured ethanol making it unsafe to drink.

Traditionally, rubbing alcohol is used as a disinfectant, but you may not consider that it has a number of benefits.

Other Benefits of Rubbing Alcohol:

1. Eliminate ticks.

Remove the ticks as soon as possible y dabbing a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and rubbing it around the tick. Whenever the area is well treated, remove the dangerous bug using tweezers.

2. Deodorize sneakers.

Just spray the inside of your shoes with rubbing alcohol if your feet stink. You must allow the shoes to dry overnight. Surely, your shoes will smell as good as new.

3. Soothe mosquito bites.

By dabbing with dabbing alcohol, painful itching of a mosquito bite can be relieved.

4. Remove stains.

Just mix 1 part rubbing alcohol with 2 parts water. Pour into a spray bottle and spray directly on stains. This works from ink to coffee.
