EATING THIS FOR BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT FASTER THAN YOU EXPECT

As what nutritionists say, the most important meal of the day is breakfast. See to it that you picked the right foods that are packed with flavorful and healthy ingredients. This will give you an energy boost through the day.

It is wrong to believe that skipping breakfast is the fastest way to lose weight. Once you do it, you will only become a “victim” of unhealthy eating all day long.

In a recent study published in Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism, it says that the healthiest breakfast you can ever have is oatmeal. A study was conducted that involves 36 men and women split into 3 groups.

Supposedly, each of the participants must eat 350 calories a day. The first group had oatmeal, the second cornflakes, and the last group only had water for breakfast. They were given the same lunch options.

In the next three hours, experts measured the levels of satiety in each individual. They also checked the insulin and blood sugar levels.

As with the participants in the first groups, they had less cravings than other individuals tested. During lunch, they ate 31% less calories. For obese, oatmeal showed to be the healthiest option. They ate 50% less calories for lunch.

After 3 hours, participants in group 2 and 3 had to eat something. Cornflakes only cause spikes in blood sugar while oatmeal “spends more time” in your stomach.

These results were confirmed in other studies conducted. Oatmeal promotes weight loss as well as reduces the intake of calories by 31-50%. You can add oats to your meals, stew, desserts, salads, and dishes. Here

Here are some of the health benefits of eating oatmeal for breakfast:

Satiety

The fiber in oats keeps you full for longer and prevents cravings. It enhances digestion and helps you lose weight.

Regulates Blood Pressure

Prevents Cancer

In a study published in the British Medical Journal, nutrients in oats reduce the risk of breast, colon, ovarian and prostate cancer.
