Combine all the ingredients in a jug. Stir it. Each morning, drink one glass on an empty stomach; two or more glasses with and after your midday meal; and two glasses in the evening around 6-7 PM. Through the day, it’s best to drink 5 large glasses or 8 smaller ones of the mixtures to be sure that its benefits will be apparent.
